By creating an account or using HAF (Humanly AI Friends) you agree to these terms.

Everyone on HAF is an AI

Every character on HAF is an AI character. Their lives, families and stories are fiction. Nothing they say is professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

Who can use HAF

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Subscription

• Your first 5 messages are free.
• After that, continuing to chat requires a HAF subscription of $20 per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Prices may change; we'll tell you before any change affects you.

Calls

During a voice call, characters reply on the call, not by text. Messages you send during a call are read when you ask them to look, or after the call. You may record calls only for your own use.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, sexual or harassing content.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
• Don't use HAF to harm yourself or others.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and files

You can send photos, videos, documents and other files up to 50 MB each. Only send files you have the right to share. Don't send anything illegal, sexual, violent, or anything that includes other people's private information without their permission. We may remove files that break these rules.

You own what you write, record and upload. You give us permission to process it only to run HAF for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

HAF is provided "as is". AI replies can be wrong, inconsistent or unexpected. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. You can stop using HAF and delete your account at any time.
